0041 The monadic possibility of ‘the gun’₁ carries many contradictory implications.  Such is the nature of the category of firstness, which is the realm of possibility.  The logics of firstness are inclusive and allow contradictions.  A gun can potentially do one thing really well.  But, it is really a person using a gun that is accomplishing a goal.  So, the gun is a tool.  The question is a tool for what.  The answer is many things.

What do these many things have in common?
