What is advocacy_2a?

I could say advocacy_2a is a type of mission_2a.  However, it is the type of mission where the normal context_3a and potential_1a are generated by another institution (safely hidden offstage, so to speak).  Advocacy_2a is like modified DNA_2a.  Advocacy_2a supports indoctrination under the name of “education”.  Advocacy statements_1b manifest the potential_1b of advocacy_2a.
