examination.&nbsp;&nbsp;Points 0710 through 0752 assert that the actualities of adaptation<sub>2b<\/sub>&nbsp;and phenotype<sub>2b<\/sub>&nbsp;are not the same.&nbsp;&nbsp;One does not situate the other.&nbsp;&nbsp;Instead, their nested forms intersect in such a manner as to constitute a single actuality<sub>2<\/sub>.&nbsp;&nbsp;Adaptation<sub>2b<\/sub>&nbsp;and phenotype<sub>2b<\/sub>&nbsp;intersect to constitute a living being<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1225 How shall I proceed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Semiotic Agency<\/em>&nbsp;yields&nbsp;<em>the Sharov and Tonnessen noumenal<\/em>&nbsp;<em>overlay<\/em>&nbsp;by taking&nbsp;<em>an interscope<\/em>&nbsp;that is similar to&nbsp;<em>the scholastic interscope for how humans think<\/em>&nbsp;and transubstantiating it from thirdness to secondness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In thirdness,&nbsp;<em>the scholastic interscope<\/em>&nbsp;contains&nbsp;<em>the specifying and exemplar sign-relations<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1226 Here is a diagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a Peirce&#8217;s secondness<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1227&nbsp;<em>The dyad<\/em>&nbsp;consists of&nbsp;<em>two contiguous real elements,<\/em>&nbsp;very much in tune with Aristotle&#8217;s exemplar,&nbsp;<em>matter [substance] form<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following depicts a dyad within a dyad.&nbsp;&nbsp;Each dyad exhibits its own configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For the fundament, the specifying sign, SO<sub>s<\/sub>&nbsp;is like matter, SV<sub>s<\/sub>&nbsp;is like form, and SI<sub>s<\/sub>&nbsp;is [substance].&nbsp;&nbsp;In a sense, a form of the sign-vehicle calls forth the matter of a sign-object, in the way that say,&nbsp;<em>the form of a traffic stop sign<sub>2a<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;(SV<sub>s<\/sub>) calls forth&nbsp;<em>the matter of stopping the vehicle<sub>2b<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;(SO<sub>s<\/sub>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the resonant, the exemplar sign, SV<sub>e<\/sub>&nbsp;is like matter, SO<sub>e<\/sub>&nbsp;is like form, and SI<sub>e<\/sub>&nbsp;is like [substance].&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>The matter of me following the rules of the road<sub>2b<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;(SV<sub>e<\/sub>) stands for&nbsp;<em>my successful arrival at my driving destination<sub>2c<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;(SO<sub>e<\/sub>) in regards to&nbsp;<em>making sense<sub>3c<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;operating on&nbsp;<em>the possibility that if everyone obeys the rules of the road then each one of us will get where we are going to<sub>1c<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;(SI<sub>e<\/sub>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1228&nbsp;<em>This dyad within a dyad<\/em>&nbsp;performs&nbsp;<em>what phenomenology claims to do,<\/em>&nbsp;that is, identify&nbsp;<em>what the noumenon must be<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The noumenon of what?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biosemiotics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or, should I say, &#8220;Biosemiotics as an exercise of the Positivist&#8217;s judgment, however compromised the positivist intellect may be.&#8221;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1229 Of course, this is a fantastic claim.&nbsp;&nbsp;But, this examination of&nbsp;<em>Semiotic Agency<\/em>&nbsp;(see point 830 for book details) and&nbsp;<em>Pathways to the Origin and Evolution of Meanings in the Universe<\/em>&nbsp;(see point 831 for book details) bears me out.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sharov, Tonnessen and Mikhailovsky set the stage for a paradigm that not only is phenomenological, but accounts for&nbsp;<em>how phenomenology works<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>This
