(Part 7 of 7)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>0819 In the interventional sign-relation, the agent<sub>3<\/sub>&nbsp;and final causality<sub>1<\/sub>&nbsp;are exposed in the same way that a helium balloon, suddenly rising above a carnival crowd, says, &#8220;Someone just let go of their balloon (SO<sub>e<\/sub>).&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semiotic agency reaches a terminus (SO<sub>e<\/sub>).&nbsp;&nbsp;That terminus is contiguous with an interventional sign-vehicle (SV<sub>i<\/sub>).&nbsp;&nbsp;The contiguity is [meaning, mn].&nbsp;&nbsp;The balloon rises from a perspective-level actuality<sub>2c<\/sub>&nbsp;(SV<sub>i<\/sub>) into the mundane atmosphere of a content-level actuality<sub>2a<\/sub>&nbsp;(SO<sub>i<\/sub>) in the normal context of say,&nbsp;<em>what is happening<sub>3a<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;operating on&nbsp;<em>the potential of &#8216;something&#8217;
