is a spoken word that labels the SI<sub>s<\/sub>.&nbsp;&nbsp;A &#8220;habit&#8221; goes with the explicit abstraction where self-governance<sub>3b<\/sub>&nbsp;serves as a normal context to the potential of &#8216;various courses of action&#8217;<sub>1b<\/sub>.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Yes, our civilization already appropriated a label for this explicit abstraction.&nbsp;&nbsp;That is promising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On top of that, &#8220;habit&#8221; sounds like a formal cause and may serve as a final cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0054 The second is &#8220;salience&#8221;.&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8220;Salience&#8221; is a spoken word that labels the contiguity between a specifying sign-object (SO<sub>s<\/sub>) and an end (or final cause).&nbsp;&nbsp;That &#8220;end&#8221;
