Experts are required to negotiate&nbsp;<em>what needs to be done<\/em>&nbsp;in order to operate in local sovereign jurisdictions (some of which are dictatorships).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0375 An old saying goes like this, &#8220;He who pays the piper, calls the tune.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, questions arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;Who is paying&nbsp;<em>the piper?<\/em>&nbsp;&nbsp;What is&nbsp;<em>the tune<\/em>&nbsp;that is being called for?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the first question I can ask experts on capitalism.&nbsp;&nbsp;For the second question, I can ask experts on socialism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus, the resulting answer will be filled with contradictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0376 This brings me back to the post-truth condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is the general picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide29-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide29-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8030\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide29-1.png 600w, https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide29-1-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>0377 Does&nbsp;<em>the relativist one level<\/em>&nbsp;compare to&nbsp;<em>the institution<sub>a<\/sub>&nbsp;(or infrasovereign) level of the society<sub>C<\/sub>&nbsp;tier<\/em>&nbsp;for this particular topic?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide30-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide30-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8031\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide30-1.png 600w, https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide30-1-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>0378 If this comparison is relevant to the topic at hand, then what does that imply?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dictator<sub>3bC<\/sub>&nbsp;seeks to virtually situate the internet service provider&#8217;s righteousness<sub>1aC<\/sub>&nbsp;with an order<sub>1bC<\/sub>&nbsp;that refuses<sub>2bC<\/sub>to question the policies of the um.. dictator<sub>3bC<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeah, there is no suprasovereign level participating in the prior sentence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0379 Nonetheless, it seems to me that when a dictator<sub>3bC<\/sub>&nbsp;orders a big tech company<sub>3aC<\/sub>&nbsp;to alter the way that it ensures value<sub>2aC<\/sub>, the order<sub>3bC<\/sub>&nbsp;forces the internet provider to alter its organizational objectives<sub>2aC<\/sub>&nbsp;in such a way that the internet-provider&#8217;s empirio-normative judgment<sub>2c<\/sub>&nbsp;must adjust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adjustment occurs in several steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0380 To start, as far as the institution of an internet service<sub>3aC<\/sub>&nbsp;is concerned, the established empirio-normative judgment<sub>2c<\/sub>&nbsp;looks like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide31-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide31-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8032\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide31-1.png 600w, https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Slide31-1-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Disciplinary languages of experts on capitalism and on socialism (<em>relation<\/em>, thirdness) bring a normative narrative, that should be intelligible to reason (<em>what ought to be<\/em>, secondness), into relation with observations of phenomena of &#8216;what people say&#8217;, that should be recognizable to reason as universal, rather than biased or rigged (<em>what is<\/em>, firstness).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0381 What do I mean by using the term &#8220;reason&#8221;
