The piece of paper is legal tender.&nbsp;&nbsp;Legal tender?&nbsp;&nbsp;Exactly, how does this &#8220;legal tender&#8221; materialize?&nbsp;&nbsp;Who substantiates this &#8220;legal tender&#8221;?&nbsp;&nbsp;Ah, if I ruminate too long on this term, &#8220;legal tender&#8221;, it starts to make no sense at all.&nbsp;&nbsp;When I enter a grocery store, then it makes sense again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0216 Here is a picture of&nbsp;<em>species intelligibilis<sub>2c<\/sub>,<\/em>&nbsp;the sign-object of the exemplar sign (SO<sub>e<\/sub>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note how the schoolmen qualify&nbsp;<em>the intelligibility of the situation-level<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>universality of the content-level<\/em>&nbsp;with the same label, &#8220;<em>intelligibilis<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Intelligibilis&#8221; implies both intelligibility and universality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Slide10-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Slide10-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7270\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Slide10-1.png 600w, https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Slide10-1-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>0217 Clearly, the situation-level perception<sub>2b<\/sub>,&nbsp;<em>the sign-vehicle of the exemplar sign<\/em>&nbsp;(SV<sub>e<\/sub>), stands for a causally, intentionally and logically transformed perspective-level judgment<sub>2c<\/sub>,&nbsp;<em>the sign object of the exemplar sign<\/em>&nbsp;(SO<sub>e<\/sub>) (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0218 Finally<em>, the exemplar sign-object<\/em>&nbsp;(SO<sub>e<\/sub>) employs&nbsp;<em>an exemplar sign-interpretant<\/em>&nbsp;(SI<sub>e<\/sub>) consisting in&nbsp;<em>a perspective-level normal context<sub>3c<\/sub>&nbsp;and its corresponding potential<sub>1c<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;(3).&nbsp;<em>The normal context<sub>3c<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;asks, &#8220;Does this make sense<em>?&#8221;.&nbsp;&nbsp;Its corresponding potential<sub>1c<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;replies, &#8220;Well, my perception<sub>2b<\/sub>&nbsp;stands for my judgment<sub>2c<\/sub>&nbsp;about what is going on.&nbsp;&nbsp;Plus, my judgment seems to be in line with our shared intentions.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0219 Our &#8220;shared intentions&#8221;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes,&nbsp;<em>the subject-matter of our joint attention<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus,&nbsp;<em>the joys of working together<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>0213 How are&nbsp;Tomasello&#8217;s three components&nbsp;in play in&nbsp;the exemplar sign&nbsp;embedded within&nbsp;the scholastic three-level interscope for the way humans think?
