(Part 6 of 12)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>0129 Figure 3.1 in chapter three presents&nbsp;<em>a schematic of a cooperative model of human communication<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>The communicator<\/em>&nbsp;is depicted as one head.&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>The recipient<\/em>&nbsp;is portrayed as a second head.&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>The two heads<\/em>&nbsp;face one another.&nbsp;&nbsp;Arrows pass from the communicator to the recipient through a gray-box labeled,&nbsp;<em>norms of cooperation and cooperative reason<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Norms of cooperation&#8221; sounds like&nbsp;<em>common conceptual ground<sub>3c<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>the potential of &#8216;mutual expectations&#8217;<sub>1c<\/sub>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Cooperative reason&#8221;
