First example: Environmental policies designed to herd people into densely populated \u201curban zones\u201d and out of \u201cnature zones\u201d presume that people are \u201ccriminals\u201d (that is, \u201cpolluters\u201d).\u00a0 In short, today\u2019s (non-political) people are punished even though rapacious industrial practices (\u201cof people with power\u201d) are becoming a thing of the past.\u00a0 Non-political people are contextualized as \u201cpolluters\u201d, even though the Progressives have no idea how they would behave without sovereign \u201cherding\u201d.<\/p>\n
