Why does Dugin want to dismantle it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

0071 Well, given Dugin’s concrete directions, ably translated by Millerman, archeomodernity<\/em> seems to be a cognitive space that is trapping contemporary Russians<\/em>.  Liberation from archeomodernity<\/em> opens the possibility of Russian philosophy<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I explain the purely relational nature<\/em> of this trap?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have found an example of such a trap in my intellectual wanderings through the vast goofiness of the internet<\/em>.  I will not say where.  But, I will say that if you, the intrepid truly postmodern intellectual, post or publish a paper using the category-based nested form <\/em>(or other triadic relations), please e-mail a notification to raziemah@reagan.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps, a new journal<\/em> is called for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the start of the middle ages in the West, Anselm coins a slogan that is repeated to this day.  Faith seeks understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the start of the modern era, Descartes coins another slogan.  I think, therefore, I am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I associate Anselm’s premodern slogan to “archeo-“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I associate Descartes’ slogan to “-modernity”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

0074 So, how does archeomodernity constitute a trap?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I portray this trap?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, I render each slogan as a nested form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

0075 For archeo-<\/em> Anselm, the normal context is faith3<\/sub><\/em>.  The actuality is seeks2<\/sub><\/em>.  The potential is understanding1<\/sub><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do these two nested forms constitute a single, mysterious intersection,<\/em> as described in the chapter on message <\/em>in Razie Mah’s e-book, How To Define the Word “Religion”<\/em> (available at smashwords and other e-book venues)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The answer is no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

0078 Are there any other options?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, Dugin’s impression that archeomodernity is a trap<\/em> comes into play. Biological (especially, cellular) systems are full of traps.  They are called “receptors”.  Receptors typically consist in proteins that are folded in such a fashion that a substrate is attracted and held in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I picture the archeo-<\/em> side of a matrix and the -modern<\/em> side of a matrix as forming a groove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
