institutions<sub>aC<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;by reviewing a book, by anthropologist Mary Douglas, titled&nbsp;<em>How Institutions Think<\/em>&nbsp;(1986).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0098 Here is a diagram for the actuality of organizational objects<sub>2aC<\/sub>&nbsp;into relation with the potential of righteousness<sub>1aC<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0099 From&nbsp;<em>A Primer on the Family<\/em>, I know several things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Institutions<sub>3aC<\/sub>&nbsp;put the organization<sub>B<\/sub>&nbsp;tier into perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organization&#8217;s objects<sub>2aC<\/sub>&nbsp;address the individual in community<sub>A<\/sub>&nbsp;and call him and her to participate in a proper organization<sub>aB<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0100 The interplay between the society<sub>C<\/sub>, the organization<sub>B<\/sub>&nbsp;and individual in community<sub>A<\/sub>&nbsp;tiers is complicated.&nbsp;&nbsp;So, the primer is fairly long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus, the seventh primer ends with a challenge.&nbsp;&nbsp;Can the category-based nested form apply to the trial of Jesus in the Gospel of John, verses 18:28 through 19:23?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0101 Here, I attempt an application.&nbsp;&nbsp;First, I associate elements of the theodrama to the nested form.&nbsp;&nbsp;Second, I discuss some implications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0102 Here is the story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In John 18:33-35, Pontius Pilate, disappointed that the crowd outside the praetorium lobbies for executing Jesus, comes back into the praetorium and asks the Son of Man, &#8220;Are you king of the Jews?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jesus asks Pilate.&nbsp;&nbsp;What are those outside saying about me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilate replies that they want you (Jesus) to be executed.&nbsp;&nbsp;So Pilate asks again.&nbsp;&nbsp;Are you (Jesus) claiming to be king of the Jews?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0103 Does any of this associate to the normal context of institution<sub>3aC<\/sub>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those outside the praetorium belong to one institution, the Jewish temple authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those inside belong to another institution, the Roman authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviously, Jesus belongs to neither of these two institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0104 One organizational object<sub>2aC<\/sub>&nbsp;is held in common by these two institutions<sub>3aC<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jesus is being positioned as an organizational object<sub>2aC<\/sub>&nbsp;that serves as a site of contention.&nbsp;&nbsp;Roman authority does not permit the Jews to establish a king.&nbsp;&nbsp;But, the religious leaders claim that Jesus regards himself as the king of the Jews.&nbsp;Therefore, Jesus has broken Roman law and must be executed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So. the object<sup>org<\/sup><sub>2aC<\/sub>&nbsp;is&nbsp;<em>the king of the Jews<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Slide34.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figure 34<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>0105 What associates to righteousness<sub>1aC<\/sub>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I suppose that the normal context of the Jewish temple<sub>3aC<\/sub>&nbsp;brings the king of the Jews<sub>2aC<\/sub>&nbsp;into relation with the possibility that a king would defend his people against the occupying Roman forces<sub>1aC<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, the normal context of Roman authority<sub>3aC<\/sub>&nbsp;brings the king of the Jews<sub>2aC<\/sub>&nbsp;into relation with the potential that a Jewish king would lead a rebellion<sub>1aC<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0106 I continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In John 18:36-37, Jesus answers Pilate&#8217;s question.&nbsp;&nbsp;Jesus&#8217;s kingdom is not of this world.&nbsp;&nbsp;He is here to bear witness to the truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, the righteousness<sub>1aC<\/sub>\u00a0underlying the purported claim that &#8220;Jesus is king of the Jews&#8221;<sub>2aC<\/sub>\u00a0does not support the normal contexts<sub>3aC<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a that neither normal context applies to Jesus.&nbsp;&nbsp;Jesus stands above both temple and empire.&nbsp;&nbsp;His kingdom is outside the earthly realms.&nbsp;&nbsp;Yet, here He is, about to be
