The corporation<sub>aB<\/sub>, the content level of the organization<sub>B<\/sub>&nbsp;tier, is sensibly situated by the situation level, exchange<sub>bB<\/sub>.&nbsp;&nbsp;But, the content<sub>aB<\/sub>&nbsp;level is a three-level interscope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, the perspective level<sub>c<\/sub>&nbsp;of the content-level<sub>aB<\/sub>&nbsp;interscope has the same relational structure as social construction.&nbsp;&nbsp;And, the situation<sub>b<\/sub>&nbsp;level of the organization<sub>B<\/sub>&nbsp;tier manifests the relational structure of sensible construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0066 Here is a picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a market<sub>bB<\/sub><\/em>\u00a0virtually situate\u00a0<em>the management<sub>c<\/sub>\u00a0level of a corporation<sub>aB<\/sub>?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0069 Consider biology.&nbsp;&nbsp;The body is the actuality<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;in the perspective<sub>c<\/sub>&nbsp;level of the corporation<sub>aB<\/sub>&nbsp;interscope.&nbsp;&nbsp;What actuality<sub>2bB<\/sub>&nbsp;virtually situates the body<sub>2caB<\/sub>?&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Encountering the world<sub>2bB<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a body<sub>2caB<\/sub>&nbsp;encounters the world<sub>2bB<\/sub>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, I see, hear, smell, touch and maybe, taste the world.&nbsp;&nbsp;Also, I have feelings about those sensations.&nbsp;&nbsp;The medieval scholastics have a word for&nbsp;<em>this combination of sensations and feelings<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Latin term is&nbsp;<em>species impressa<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;Say the word like you are ordering it in an Italian restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Does the term sound vaguely familiar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What if I say that an impression is a dyadic actuality:&nbsp;<em>active body [substantiates] sensate soul?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Does that help?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0072 Does the same relational structure apply to a commercial enterprise?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a business<sub>2caB<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;is like&nbsp;<em>a body<sub>2caB<\/sub><\/em>, even though I never thought that I am running my body like a business.&nbsp;&nbsp;It seems that my body<sub>2caB<\/sub>&nbsp;runs itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, I never imagined that&nbsp;<em>a customer buying a loaf of bread<sub>2bB<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;is how&nbsp;<em>a bakery encounters the world<sub>2bB<\/sub><\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;At the same time, I can see that the relational structure is similar.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sensible construction applies, until something goes wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0074 What&nbsp;<em>an unanticipated way<\/em>&nbsp;to enter&nbsp;<em>the discipline of economics<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encounters with the world<sub>2bB<\/sub>&nbsp;are certainly causal.&nbsp;&nbsp;They occur in the realm of actuality.&nbsp;&nbsp;So do purchases of loaves of bread<sub>2bB<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the realm of actuality corresponds to the category of secondness and since secondness consists in two contiguous real elements, I may ask, &#8220;What are the real elements involved?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0075 Well, it depends on the question (that is, the normal context).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okay, the question is, &#8220;Why does this exchange occur?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, the baker wants to sell the bread.&nbsp;&nbsp;I call the bread, &#8220;a quality product&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus, the customer wants to buy the bread.&nbsp;&nbsp;I call the willingness, &#8220;demand&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These two realnesses are somehow is not a thing.&nbsp;&nbsp;It is the contiguity between&nbsp;<em>a willingness to sell<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>a willingness to buy<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;As such, price is substantial.&nbsp;&nbsp;Price is a site of contention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The Second Primer on the Organization Tier<\/em>&nbsp;introduces economic concepts, such as quality and demand.&nbsp;&nbsp;It does so without naming the upper<sub>C<\/sub>&nbsp;tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0077 The organization<sub>B<\/sub>&nbsp;tier, like the individual in community<sub>A<\/sub>&nbsp;tier, is&nbsp;<em>a noumenon<\/em>, a thing itself, whose&nbsp;<em>phenomena<\/em>&nbsp;are subject to scientific inquiry.&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Phenomena<\/em>&nbsp;are the observable and measurable facets of a&nbsp;<em>noumenon<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What does this imply?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Science investigates&nbsp;<em>phenomena<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>A noumenon<\/em>&nbsp;cannot be reduced to its&nbsp;<em>phenomena<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;So, scientific inquiry cannot elucidate the noumenal features of either the organization<sub>B<\/sub>&nbsp;or the person<sub>A<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In contrast, the category-based nested form can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0078 How so?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Economics can measure and observe prices and build models and discuss these models using its disciplinary language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, economics cannot objectify&nbsp;<em>the thing itself<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Price is the contiguity between two real motivations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to understand price, one must inquire about these motivations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0079 Thus, at this juncture, I implore the reader to consider teaching these primers, as well as the masterwork,&nbsp;<em>How To Define the Word &#8220;Religion&#8221;<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;The method is&nbsp;<em>read and discuss<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0080 This course is a wonderful way to introduce your children and your students to the difference between science and understanding.&nbsp;&nbsp;Search for the
