(Part 6 of 9)\ufffc"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>0019 At this juncture, I stand at the threshold of the section titled, &#8220;Progressive Depersonalization&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michaud claims that the progressive agenda depersonalizes the individual.&nbsp;&nbsp;He starts with the ironic, progressive slogan: The personal is the political.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0020 In order to appreciate this slogan, I start with&nbsp;<em>the virtual nested form in the realm of actuality<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;A virtual nested form is a feature of a three-level interscope.&nbsp;&nbsp;It consists of a column in one of the three elements.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a picture of&nbsp;<em>the virtual nested form in the realm of actuality<\/em>&nbsp;for the progressive interscope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Slide08.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Slide08.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5327\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Slide08.png 600w, https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Slide08-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><figcaption>Figure 08<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>0021 This virtual nested form may be spoken as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The normal context of permanent revolution<sub>2c<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;virtually brings&nbsp;<em>the dyadic actuality, economics [transforms] morals &amp; culture<sub>2b<\/sub>,<\/em>&nbsp;into&nbsp;<em>the potential of group [subsumes] individual<sub>2a<\/sub><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This nested form operates as a demiurge.&nbsp;&nbsp;A demiurge is a gnostic divinity that is forever building its world.&nbsp;&nbsp;It is typically opposed to another demiurge that is forever building an opposite world.&nbsp;&nbsp;So, it is always one demiurge against another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0022 Of course, I can easily guess&nbsp;<em>the identity of the opposing demiurge<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The opposing demiurge is the one that victimizes&nbsp;<em>individuals who do not conform to morality or culture,<\/em>&nbsp;thereby inspiring them to identify with a victim group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a comparison of&nbsp;<em>the actuality<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;of the traditional slogan<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>the actuality<sub>2b<\/sub>&nbsp;of the situation-level of the progressive agenda<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Slide09.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Slide09.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Slide09.png 600w, https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Slide09-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><figcaption>Figure 09<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>0023 Clearly, economic intervention<sub>2b<\/sub>&nbsp;is a tool for the permanent revolution<sub>2c<\/sub>&nbsp;to use, in order to transform&nbsp;<em>the ways that traditional morality sustains culture<sub>2b<\/sub><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, of all&nbsp;<em>the groups that subsume the individual<sub>2a<\/sub><\/em>, none can involve traditional morality and culture<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0024 Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Christian morality, the individual is called into mystical union with Jesus Christ, one of the three Persons of the Triune Godhead.&nbsp;&nbsp;So, the &#8220;group<sub>2a<\/sub>&#8221; is actually the divine oikos, or the&nbsp;<em>economy of God<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is discussed in the second interlude in&nbsp;<em>How To Define the Word &#8220;Religion&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The individual<sub>2a<\/sub>&nbsp;does not adopt an identity<sub>1a<\/sub>.&nbsp;&nbsp;The individual<sub>2a<\/sub>&nbsp;becomes an identity<sub>1a<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0025 What is identity<sub>1a<\/sub>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah, in the Christian schema, identity<sub>1a<\/sub>&nbsp;is&nbsp;<em>the person that I call &#8220;me&#8221;<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;It<sub>1a<\/sub>&nbsp;is not a group<sub>2a<\/sub>&nbsp;affiliation<sub>3a<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Jungian terminology,&nbsp;<em>the assumption of the individual into the divine oikos<\/em>&nbsp;is called, &#8220;individuation&#8221;.&nbsp;&nbsp;It is not called, &#8220;subsumption&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0026 So, Michaud is on target in claiming that the progressive agenda depersonalizes the individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It does so by re-defining the word, &#8220;identity&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the progressive ideation, identity<sub>1a<\/sub>&nbsp;is&nbsp;<em>the potential underlying group affiliation<sub>3a<\/sub><\/em>&nbsp;and supports&nbsp;<em>the subsumption of the individual into a political group<sub>2a<\/sub><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The personal<sub>2a<\/sub>&nbsp;is subsumed into the political<sub>2a<\/sub>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>0019 At this juncture, I stand at the threshold of the section titled, &#8220;Progressive Depersonalization&#8221;.
