The mystery of iniquity<\/em> starts to unfold when I come up with \u2018something\u2019 objective1b<\/sub>,<\/em> without attention to the rules of reason and the divine law1c<\/sub>.  At first, the objective1b<\/sub> sets aside the suprasubjective1c<\/sub>, by not admitting to the intersubjective1b<\/sub>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I<\/em> decide what makes sense3c<\/sub><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

0057 Isn\u2019t this the nature of concupiscence?  Why should I worry about right reason or Yahweh\u2019s law?  I\u2019m going to hang out with Cupid.  Cupid likes me.  Cupid agrees with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a phantasm2b<\/sub> of deliciously-worded2a<\/sub> desire2b<\/sub><\/em> becomes habitual, self-justification3b<\/sub> strains towards the intersubjective1b<\/sub>.  For self-deception1b<\/sub> to become openly regarded, it must first become intersubjective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I, a self-deceiver3b<\/sub>, search out a team that will judge2c<\/sub> my privation2b<\/sub> as virtuous and true.  Let my intersubjective2b<\/sub>habit<\/em> find an accommodating suprasubjectivity1c<\/sub><\/em>.  Yes, I may join the club.  I may join the secret society that does not pay attention to some aspect of the rule of reason or the divine law1c<\/sub>, then justifies the consequences2a<\/sub><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, our common intersubjective privation2b<\/sub><\/em> reflects a self-congratulating fullness of suprasubjective being2c<\/sub><\/em>.  Our good is obvious to anyone who is \u201ceducated\u201d.  We all love one another and despise the uneducated morons, don\u2019t we?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

0058 We blather2a<\/sub> in production of our subjective agreement1a<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are we really free to choose1b<\/sub>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
