Consider Modern Western Law and Welfare.<\/p>\n
Modern welfare produces \u201cchildren without fathers\u201d in the effort to compassionately assist \u201cmothers who have \u2018lost\u2019 their husbands\u201d.\u00a0 This effort embodies the rhetoric of \u201csacrifice\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cJustificationself<\/sup>(concupiscence())\u201d is \u201csacrifice to assist mothers(state of purchasing votes with taxpayer\u2019s money(while craving to appear compassionate))\u201d<\/p>\n Each child grows up not knowing how to generatively \u201cmodify her relation to her mothers and adopt the norms that come from relating to father\u201d (ah, the shopworn Oedipus complex).\u00a0 Instead, the modification comes when the child tries to make \u201cfriends\u201d with her equally \u201cLord of the Flies\u201d cohorts.\u00a0 She adopts the norms of the Lord of the Flies.\u00a0 She shoplifts.\u00a0 She sells drugs.\u00a0 She sells her body for drugs.<\/p>\n Enter the Law.\u00a0 The Law is prepared to sacrifice this \u201cvictim\u201d in the course of establishing order.<\/p>\n The \u201cvictim\u201d settles out of court for a couple of years in jail.\u00a0 The lawyers say that she owes a \u201cdebt\u201d to \u201csociety\u201d for her crimes.\u00a0 But is she not rather a scapegoat \u2013 a substitute \u2013 for the real consequences of a failed policy of the Progressive central government?<\/p>\n Modern Law answers Modern Welfare with another nested form:<\/p>\n \u201cPay the debts for your crime, which contains a rhetoric of sacrifice (the state of shifting attention from the real consequences of a failed Progressive policy (while craving to appear to serve justice))\u201d.<\/p>\n In this example, the Progressive government has exacted the livelihood of the other.<\/p>\n The Law \u2013 a product of a history of conscious awareness – strikes at the head of the criminal-victim-serpent while the Welfare-Serpent \u2013 a product of the history of unconscious cravings for an ideal world \u2013 strikes at the heel-weakness of the lawyers: their ability to use the law to shift attention from failed Sovereign policies and in doing so, appear to be serving justice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Consider Modern Western Law and Welfare.
