happening<sub>1a<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0058&nbsp;<em>The same story line<\/em>&nbsp;applies&nbsp;<em>in a comparison of perception<sub>2b<\/sub>&nbsp;to ethnography<sub>2<\/sub><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Slide14-6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Slide14-6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10262\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Slide14-6.png 600w, https:\/\/www.raziemah.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Slide14-6-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The ethnographer&#8217;s participation<\/em>&nbsp;allows&nbsp;<em>reception of<\/em>&nbsp;{the narod&#8217;s perceptive souls [informing] their reactive bodies}<sub>2b<\/sub>.&nbsp;&nbsp;The ethnographer will record&nbsp;<em>the people&#8217;s phantasms and emotions<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0059 The ethnographer, ironically, cannot sit in judgment<sub>2c<\/sub>&nbsp;of the community, because the ethnographer does not enjoy or suffer the narod&#8217;s commitments.&nbsp;&nbsp;Yet,&nbsp;<em>an implicit Hippocratic Oath<\/em>&nbsp;characterizes&nbsp;<em>the commitment of the ethnographer<\/em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;First, do no harm.&nbsp;&nbsp;This responsibility&#8230;
